The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities, as well as overseeing the analysis of financial and operational results. This role demands a strategic partner who can challenge assumptions, drive insights, and elevate financial discipline in a collaborative, high-tenure team environment. The SVP will also be tasked with enhancing a multi-year strategic planning model, presenting financial outlooks to executive leadership, and ensuring that financial analyses supporting major decisions are rigorous and relevant. Applicants for the SVP position at the company must be Certified Public Accountants (CPA) with a Master's degree in accounting or finance, and have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 7 years in a leadership capacity. The role requires a candidate with a strong executive presence, excellent communication and influencing skills, and advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision support. Proficiency in Excel and enterprise planning systems is essential.
