Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. May monitor and test Web site performance to ensure Web sites operate correctly and without interruption. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Build test, training, and exercise ranges for Air Force customers. May supervise computer user support specialists and computer network support specialists. May administer network security measures.\nResponsibilities\nProvides technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations. Designs, builds, and implements network systems.\nDirects compilation of records and reports concerning network operations and maintenance. Troubleshoots network performance issues. Analyzes network traffic and provides capacity planning solutions.\nAbility to build scenarios into range builds to assist individual training, team training, and mission qualification training.\nMonitors and responds to complex technical control facility hardware and software problems.
