This role focuses on ensuring manufacturability, maintaining accurate product data in PLM/ERP systems, and coordinating across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver production-ready solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConvert design outputs into manufacturing-ready documentation (BOMs, routings, work instructions)\n\nSupport prototype, pilot, and production builds\n\nEnsure alignment with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA)\n\nMaintain and manage product data in PLM and ERP systems\n\nCoordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to meet project timelines\n\nIdentify and resolve industrialization and supply chain risks\n\nSupport supplier selection and oversee prototype/pre-series builds\n\nManage product configurations and ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities\n\nEvaluate engineering changes (ECR/ECO) for cost, lead time, and production impact\n\nContribute to cost tracking and continuous improvement efforts\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)\n\n5+ years of experience in industrialization, NPI, or manufacturing/product engineering\n\nExperience with PLM and/or ERP systems\n\nStrong understanding of BOMs, routings, and technical drawings\n\nOrganized and detail-oriented\n\nAble to manage multiple priorities\n\nStrong cross-functional communication\n\nPreferred\n\nExperience with complex or configurable products (high-mix, low-volume)\n\nWe're an equal opportunity employer.
