$115k per year\nFull Time Permanent Position\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the successful execution of assigned aerospace customer programs, ensuring performance against schedule, cost, quality, and delivery objectives.\nServe as the primary customer interface, building strong relationships and leading communications, program reviews, and issue resolution with customers including GE Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI), Middle River Aerostructure Systems, and Pratt & Whitney.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program schedules, risk registers, action item logs, and performance metrics.\nLead cross-functional program reviews, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, milestone reviews, and executive status updates.\nManage program financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, change management, and variance analysis.\nCoordinate successful execution of new product introductions and program launches.\nWork directly with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and schedule risks.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement corrective and preventive actions that improve operational performance.\nDrive root cause investigations and implement sustainable solutions to recurring manufacturing challenges.\nSupport production planning, capacity management, and resource prioritization to meet customer commitments.\nMonitor manufacturing performance and proactively escalate risks that could impact program objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, workflow efficiency, and program execution.\nLead initiatives to optimize MRP/ERP system utilization, improve master data accuracy, planning logic, and production scheduling.\nPartner with Operations and IT teams to enhance system capabilities and support continuous operational improvement.\nChampion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, increase throughput, and improve delivery performance.\nDevelop and standardize processes, work instructions, and program management best practices.\nProactively identify technical, operational, financial, supply chain, and schedule risks, developing effective mitigation plans.\nEnsure compliance with AS9100, customer-specific quality requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements, including ITAR and export control.\nSupport APQP, PPAP, First Article Inspection (FAI), and other aerospace product launch activities, as applicable.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\nMinimum of five (5) years of Program Management experience within the aerospace manufacturing industry.\nDemonstrated success managing customer programs for aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, supply chain coordination, and MRP/ERP systems (PLEX experience preferred).\nProven ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and collaborate directly with shop floor personnel to solve operational challenges.\nStrong project planning, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.\nPlease apply with your updated resume.\nPay: $100,000.00 -
