Our vision is for the FATE girl to feel beautiful, flirty & confident as she tackles her everyday life.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Assistant Fashion Designer will support the senior designers in various aspects of the design process including sketching, creating prototypes, selecting fabrics and materials, conducting fittings, and managing production timelines. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure designs meet quality standards and market trends, assisting with embroidery work, and contributing creatively to seasonal collections and special projects.QualificationsSkills in Fashion Design and FashionProficiency in CAD work and techniquesExperience with textiles and fabric selectionInnovative and creative mindset with attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentPrevious experience in the fashion industry is a plusDetailsWork Hours : 8:30am~ 5:30pmFriday Lunch : Company provideAfter 1 year: 401KPaid sick days
