We service local Harley Davidson Events along with local Retailers and their events. Also looking for a permanent spot with a permanent cook for that as well. Are you that someone? Built in TV and Bluetooth outdoor stereo with custom outdoor seating! As a Lead Cook, you will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, yup! even taking orders here and there! ensure food quality and presentation and manage kitchen to maintain a high standard. Responsibilities include planning and preparing meals according to the menu, ensuring cleanliness and food safety compliance in all kitchen operations, managing inventory and supplies, Collaboration with management for FUN TIMES is a must. Like i said bring personality! As we grow as a unit -so does your pay!QualificationsProficiency in meal preparation, food presentation, and plating techniques -for a food trailer How hard could it be!Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies- let a girl know you're low!Knowledge of food safety protocols and maintaining a clean kitchen workspace- (need a food handlers cert. 5 min online course) YOU CAN DO IT! I KNOW YOU CAN.
