The Project Implementor ensures projects align with organizational goals while meeting budgetary, timeline, safety, and quality expectations. This role coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners to support operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives.\r\nEssential FunctionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.\r\nConduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed capital projects.\r\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.\r\nLead execution of approved capital projects, ensuring alignment with plans, safety standards, and company policies.\r\nCoordinate project activities across engineering, operations, maintenance, finance, and external vendors or contractors.\r\nMonitor project progress, identify risks or variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.\r\nManage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nSupport optimal use of internal and external resources across multiple projects.\r\nEnsure project compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.\r\nConduct quality reviews and performance evaluations during and following project completion.\r\nProvide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.\r\nPrepare documentation, reports, and financial summaries related to project performance.\r\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in project planning, execution, and implementation processes.\r\nDocument lessons learned and apply improvements to future projects.\r\nCommunicate with co-workers, management, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.\r\nParticipate in a wide variety of special projects and compile special reports as required.\r\nAll other duties, as required.\r\nCore CompetenciesCommunication\r\nResults Oriented\r\nInitiative/Urgency\r\nProblem Solving\r\nInterpersonal Skills/Teamwork\r\nFlexibility/Adaptability\r\nJob Specific CompetenciesCapital Project Management\r\nFinancial Analysis & Cost Control\r\nRisk Management\r\nProcess Improvement\r\nAnalytical Thinking\r\nAttention to Detail\r\nWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness is required.\r\nExpected Hours of WorkThis is a salaried, exempt level, full-time position with standard working days and hours of Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required as necessary to support project deadlines, plant outages, or implementation schedules.\r\nTravelTravel is moderate and primarily associated with visits to manufacturing facilities, vendors, or project sites. Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.\r\nRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
