This role plays a critical part in supporting production stability, safety, product quality, and continuous improvement across metallurgical processes.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in fast‐paced manufacturing environments, enjoys hands‐on technical leadership, and wants to make a measurable impact on operational performance.**What You'll Do****Technical Leadership & Daily Operations**+ Provide day‐to‐day technical oversight for assigned production units.+ Ensure all activities comply with high carbon ferromanganese safety and operating standards.+ Collaborate closely with senior technical staff to implement process improvements and production plans.**Process & Metallurgical Control**+ Monitor metallurgical performance and production costs, investigating variances and leading corrective actions.+ Support the development of operational budgets and production forecasts.+ Create, maintain, and annually update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).+ Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and operational standards.**Inventory, Documentation & Compliance**+ Manage consumable inventories for assigned production units.+ Maintain quality procedures in alignment with plant quality assurance systems.+ Prepare technical documentation, reports, and performance summaries.**Training & Cross‐Functional Collaboration**+ Train production operators on technical processes and performance standards.+ Serve as weekend duty leader on a rotating on‐call schedule.+ Build cooperative working relationships with global technical teams.+ Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and technology development teams.**Continuous Improvement & Special Projects**+ Identify opportunities to improve process stability, efficiency, and throughput.+ Support data analysis, process modeling, and root cause investigations.+ Participate in special technical projects and additional duties as assigned.**What You Bring****Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor of Science in **Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Science Engineering** .+ Preferred 2+ years of process engineering experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.+ Strong understanding of metallurgical principles and furnace‐based processes.+ Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ Familiarity with ISO‐based quality systems.+ Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.+ Hands‐on, team‐oriented approach with strong attention to detail and procedural discipline.**Why This Role Stands Out**+ High‐impact engineering role supporting critical manufacturing operations.+ Long‐term career growth potential within a stable, established industrial organization.+ Opportunity to influence process optimization, cost control, and technology advancement.+ Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.**Apply Today**If you are ready to advance your career in process engineering and contribute to a high‐performing manufacturing environment, **apply with Manpower today** to be considered for this direct‐hire opportunity.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
