Manpower of Central PA is seeking an experienced, driven recruiting professional to support and grow our direct hire and temp‑to‑perm business across a multi‑county territory. This role combines high‑impact recruiting with relationship management, business development, and strategic talent placement. What You’ll Do Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide variety of direct hire and temp‑to‑perm roles. Develop effective recruiting strategies based on client needs and market insights. Create and post compelling job advertisements to generate applicant flow. Identify talent through resume mining, proactive outreach, and targeted sourcing efforts. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong qualification alignment. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs. Track and analyze sourcing results to continually optimize recruitment performance. Client Management, Sales & Business Development Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across a 13‑county region in Central PA. Conduct onsite client and prospect visits as needed to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities. Present high‑quality candidates to clients and articulate their value effectively. Lead new business development efforts, including networking, lead generation, and prospect education on Manpower’s Direct Hire services. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve service needs, challenges, or hiring obstacles. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional or skills-based recruiting experience (direct hire experience strongly preferred). A resilient, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to overcome objections and move initiatives forward. Comfort working in a quota-driven environment with high expectations and accountability. Strong sales acumen, including the ability to present, negotiate, and close. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive work style.
