SOAR Associate Leadership Development Program The Babson College Rotational Associate is part of the Atlanta Falcons new SOAR Associate Leadership Development Program focused on skills, opportunity, access, and readiness. This 12-month cohort-style program will provide ongoing, meaningful opportunities for professional development, exposure, and the ability to develop skills critical to the Associate's future career growth while contributing to our mission of delivering championship teams on and off the field. The Babson College Rotational Associate will rotate through multiple AMB Sports and Entertainment departments, starting with the Atlanta Falcons, gaining hands-on experience across diverse functions and strategic initiatives while developing valuable skills and expanding professional networks. Inspired by the legacy of Arthur M. Blank '63, H'98, this program offers Babson seniors and recent graduates an unparalleled opportunity to launch their careers and build leadership skills. Departments: Community Relations Football Communications Marketing Social Media Studio Production Youth Football & Legends Video Production Timeline: Our 2026 SOAR program will run from May 2026 through April 2027 Eligibility: Babson College undergraduate seniors expected to graduate in May 2026 in good academic standing or recent graduates who have concentrated on values-based leadership Focused on developing entrepreneurial leadership skills in the sports and entertainment industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel Excellent time-management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and demonstrate capability to juggle multiple projects Ability to handle sensitive information
