Floating Leasing Agent
We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent that will work at one of our apartment communities in Las Vegas, NV. The Leasing Agent position is full time.
As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. You are the face of our properties and only the best need apply. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
All aspects of leasing to include touring, answering phones, appointment settings, lead tracking, creative marketing, update online ads and post daily, open/close vacant units, set up/remove mini models, accept and process applications, place marketing banners, balloons or flags daily.
Daily interaction with current, prospective residents and vendors
Complete resident move-in and move-out’s in compliances with company procedures
Conduct daily property walks and unit inspections, maintaining the safety and security of the apartment community at all times
Enter/create daily work order submissions, follow up calls to determine resident service satisfaction. Communicate effectively with maintenance to ensure timely completion.
Develop and utilize resident retention programs
Complete daily and weekly reports
Respond promptly to resident complaints, concerns or request.
Effectively communicate to residents on any required vendor/maintenance repairs
Attendance and punctuality are an essential job function
Exercise confidentiality, keep business and resident matters private, if unsure communicates with the Property Director and or Regional Manager
All other duties assigned by Property Director and or Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum two-years experience in customer service
Minimum two-years experience in sales
High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Yardi experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organization skills; attention to detail, strong professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in sales, marketing and apartment management and personnel management
Strong customer service, problem solving, organizational, and time management
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects, meet established deadlines
Valid Driver License
Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening
Hourly pay, plus bonuses
