RFID, Bluetooth ID, other technologies)\n\nEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS\n\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, computer science, or 3+ years of relevant experience.\n\nProven experience in conducting wireless site surveys and network assessments for enterprise-level clients.\n\nStrong knowledge of wireless networking protocols and technologies (e.g., Wi‑Fi, 802.11ac/ax, RF interference mitigation).\n\nProficiency in wireless survey tools and software (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet).\n\nFamiliarity with network security concepts and best practices.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExceptional communication and presentation skills.\n\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CWNA, CWNP, CCNA Wireless) are a plus.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nAvailable to work some evening and weekend hours or varying work patterns depending on market needs.\n\nOccasional international travel is possible to support global customers.\n\nAbility to proactively and productively work remotely, as well as within a team environment.\n\nValid Driver's License without restriction.\n\nQualified applicants must legally be authorized to work in the country the role is in.\n\nTYPICAL PERFORMANCE TARGETS\n\nSERVICE DELIVERY: Sustained, measured excellence in project & process delivery\n\nCOST TO SERVE: Sustained, measured excellence in delivery efficiency with expected continuous improvement\n\nINNOVATION: Step changed delivery in safety, quality, and/or cost\n\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\n\nPrimary language used in daily operations is English.
