Maintain ongoing ownership of designated learning programs such as the Leadership Development Program.\nCoordinate logistics, resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program delivery.\nPartner with subject matter experts and business leaders to align programs with strategic objectives.\nMonitor program effectiveness through analysis and feedback; recommend improvements.\nManage vendor relationships and oversee external training partnerships.\nImplement, administer, and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.\nCollaborate with Marketing to manage communications planning and execution for Learning & Development and ensure learning and development is displayed on social media channels.\nWork with Director of L&D to deliver appropriate change management and communications for development initiatives.\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor in the advancement of learning and development at CW.\nYou should have:\n5+ years’ experience with a proven track record of implementing new and managing existing learning programs that achieved business results.\nExpertise in leadership development program management and workforce capability building.\nStrong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAttention to detail and strong writing skills.\nExcellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.\nProficiency in learning technologies and project management tools.
