Must be physically located within the US.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDevelop and maintain T-SQL stored procedures for data processing and transformation\r\nDesign and optimize SQL Server databases for healthcare analytics workflows\r\nBuild data extraction and transformation processes using raw T-SQL\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions\r\nSupport data quality initiatives and troubleshoot data processing issues\r\nLearn and utilize myDBR reporting tool for creating reports and visualizations\r\nAssist in developing healthcare claims processing workflows and data validation\r\nParticipate in code reviews and maintain documentation for data processes\r\nMonitor and optimize database performance for large healthcare datasets\r\nSupport ad-hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\r\nStrong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL programming\r\nExperience writing complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers\r\nSolid understanding of database design principles and optimization techniques\r\nExperience with data transformation and ETL processes using T-SQL\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\r\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with healthcare data, medical claims, or prescription claims processing\r\nKnowledge of myDBR or similar reporting tools\r\nUnderstanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements\r\nExperience with performance tuning and query optimization\r\nBackground in data analysis or business intelligence\r\nFamiliarity with Azure SQL Database, Snowflake, or cloud platforms\r\nKnowledge of data visualization principles\r\nAbout SmartLight Analytics\r\nSmartLight Analytics was formed by a group of industry insiders who wanted to make a meaningful impact on the rising cost of healthcare.
