Working within Agile teams, the Expert Full Stack Developer translates complex business and mission requirements into innovative software solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Angular, and modern web technologies.\nAnalyze user and business requirements to develop software designs that meet functional, performance, and security objectives.\nDevelop responsive user interfaces, backend services, and database components supporting mission-critical applications.\nDesign and implement database interfaces using JDBC, ODBC, or comparable data access technologies.\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment.\nDevelop software within Agile Scrum teams using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and DevOps best practices.\nPerform peer reviews, software testing, quality assurance, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful web services and enterprise application interfaces.\nCollaborate with systems engineers, architects, and mission stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.\nResearch emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance application performance, maintainability, and operational efficiency.\nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to less experienced software engineers across multiple programs and initiatives.\nQualifications:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline and 11+ years of software engineering experience.\nExpert experience developing enterprise web applications using Java and Angular.\nExperience working in Agile Scrum or SAFe development environments.\nExperience with Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.\nExperience with continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).\nExperience developing RESTful web services and enterprise APIs.\nExperience designing and implementing database interfaces using JDBC, ODBC, or comparable technologies.\nExperience working in Linux development environments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nDesired:\nExperience developing microservices or micro frontend architectures.\nExperience deploying and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments.\nExperience implementing infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.\nExperience with distributed data architectures and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies.\nExperience developing or consuming REST and SOAP web services.\nExperience working with Government architecture review boards or enterprise governance processes.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSalary Range: USD $170,000.00 - USD $220,000.00 /Yr.\n\nThe Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
