This is an opportunity to define the future of space operations—shaping enterprise requirements, performing mission engineering, and driving science and technology investments across USSF mission portfolios.\n\nYour specific role will be to support programs by ensuring that the Space Industrial Base is mature, ready, and able to deliver components, subsystems, and systems required by mission-critical systems across the USSF Space Enterprise. In addition, you will assist in managing program risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats, vulnerabilities, and disruptions to the Space Industrial Base supply chain from beginning to end to ensure mission effectiveness.\n\nAstrion has worked extensively with the U.S. Space Force where it has earned a reputation for on-time delivery of high-quality products tailored to the needs of its clients. This position provides support to a government customer in El Segundo, CA for systems engineering and integration in a variety of Space Force tasks and projects.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS\n\nBachelor’s Degree in related STEM and/or Business-related fields, such as Systems Engineering, Electrical/Computer/Mechanical/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry, General Sciences, Business Management, Finance, etc.\nProficient in MS Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams); adaptable to new analytical tools (Jira / Confluence)\nTravel as required\nAbility to gain SECRET DoD security clearance required.
