Customer Service/CSR/Sale Rep
Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Provide information about products and services
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in client services, office administration, or sales is advantageous
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.26 - $17.30 per hour
