(GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.\n\nUnder general supervision, this position is responsible for evaluating and resolving engineering production issues related to manufacturing, design, quality and material engineering. Analyzes, investigates and provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.\n\nJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms work order maintenance, router maintenance and updates, and develops stationized work instructions.\nAnalyzes, evaluates and resolves engineering related production problems.\nAnalyzes defective, damaged or malfunctioning parts, assemblies, equipment and systems; analyzes and routes non-conforming reports; develops and implements corrective action.\nDevelops manufacturing processes, procedures and tooling; trains appropriate staff.\nRepresents group as member of change control board.\nAnalyzes, investigates and recommends design and process changes; coordinates with engineering and manufacturing departments.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nExpected to maintain a productive and safe working environment in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.\nAdditional Functions Other duties as assigned or required\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\nJob Qualifications\nTypically requires a Bachelor's degree and two or more years of progressive professional experience in a technical capacity in production operations.
