The PM will be responsible to the CO, COR, and GTMs for performance and delivery. PMs will directly supervise and oversee all site managers, and ensure quality recruiting, hiring, personnel management, training, and support of all personnel/positions under the contract.\n\nThe FASTC program manager will have the following responsibilities:\n\nServe as focal point for all Contractor functions that pertain to performance under the contract and subordinate task orders.\nInteract on a daily/weekly basis with the CO, COR, and GTMs to ensure performance across all contract tasks.\nSupervise, oversee, and direct ongoing strategy to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of operations in accordance with the requirements specified in the contract and task\nAdvise and assist regarding the technical scope of the\nAccomplish human resource objectives by overseeing and ensuring effective recruiting, selecting, orienting, developing, counseling, and disciplining employees.\nPlan, establish, and review compensation actions, enforce policies and\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting, provision of qualified personnel for each task order, and timely and accurate implementation of the requirements of the contract sow and subordinate task order requirements.\nEnsure all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing performance of all personnel under this contract.\nEnsure professional development training as required for\nOversees on-time delivery of requirements, invoicing, and other fiscal management\nReview, assess, manage, and correct any behavior by Contractor personnel that would reflect poorly on the Department of State.\n\nHybrid schedule is available.\n\nQualifications\n\nU.S. Citizen and must possess and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance\n\nBachelor's degree in a business, management, or security related\nMust have at least 30 years of professional\nMust have at least 15 years of experience managing large government\nMust have at least five (5) years of experience as a PM as a Contractor responsible for meeting contract requirements.\nMust have at least 15 years of leadership/supervisory\nDemonstrated ability managing contracts in excess of $30 million annually and a workforce of over 250+ personnel.\nExperience with DoS policies and\nExperience with the function, policies, and procedures associated with security operations of us embassies and consulates abroad.\nAbility to conduct all the responsibilities listed above and demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.\nDemonstrated experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government programs.\nExperience as an instructor or manager of adult education programs for security\n\nSecurity Clearance\n\nTop Secret\n\nCompany Information\n\nHeadquartered in McLean, Virginia and founded in 2009, OBXtek is a fast-growing leader in the government contracting field.
