You should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate daily incoming and outgoing supply orders of contractors and crews.\nCoordinate pick-up schedules for supply orders.\nOrganize warehouse invoices and update inventory software system with current supply levels.\nMaintain inventory organization and knowledge of supply locations within the warehouse.\nMaintain warehouse tools, lifts, equipment, and cleanliness.\nWorking knowledge of part names with their corresponding item numbers\nCheck deliveries by referencing invoices as trucks are unloaded.\nFollow up with suppliers, contractors, and crews when necessary.\n\nQualifications:\nWarehouse experience preferred.\nFork-lift Certification preferred.\nVery strong organization, communication, and leadership skills\nExcellent time management and multitasking skills\nPerform duties independently by exercising discretion and sound judgment.\nWorking knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, Windows operating systems, and inventory systems\nOn-the-spot mental math capabilities\nThe ability to lift 50lb+ at any given time.\n\nWork Environment:\nOffice and warehouse environment\nMay be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, excessive heat or cold, and cleaning solutions.\nPerks of Working at Benton Triage:\n\nComprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life\n401K with Company Match\nDependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)\nPaid Sick Time\nHoliday Pay\nPaid Vacation Time\nCareer advancement opportunities\nContinuous training and personal development opportunities\nA quality Employee Recognition Program\n\nBenton Technical Services is an EOE.
