Experience using AI tools for complex debugging, feature development, and architectural refactoring. Strong technical problem-solving and workflow documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to explain complex technical processes clearly. Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred QualificationsExtensive experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools. Experience applying AI agents to large codebases and open-ended technical challenges.
