The goal is measurable growth, not buzzwords.About The RoleWe’re looking for an Email Manager to own email execution and performance for a specific brand within our portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle & CRM, this role is ideal for a strong lifecycle operator who can translate brand and lifecycle strategy into high-performing campaigns and automated journeys.You’ll be responsible for campaign execution, flow optimization, audience segmentation, and day-to-day channel performance—working closely with the Director, Creative partners, Email Engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, on-brand programs across email.This role blends hands-on execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with clear accountability for email outcomes for your brand.What You'll DoOwn email campaign planning and execution for a single brand, including promotional, triggered, and lifecycle programsBuild, QA, and deploy campaigns and automated flows in partnership with Email Engineering and QAManage segmentation and audience targeting to ensure relevant, personalized communicationExecute and optimize key customer journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivationPartner with Creative to ensure email content aligns with brand standards and performance objectivesCollaborate with Brand and Performance teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiativesMonitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvementSupport A/B testing initiatives, including subject lines, creative, segmentation, and send strategyMaintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of all lifecycle communicationsContribute to shared lifecycle standards, documentation, and best practices across brandsQualifications4–7 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRMHands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns and automated flowsStrong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle best practicesExperience collaborating with Creative and cross-functional marketing teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand or high-growth environmentStrong attention to detail and operational rigorData-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into optimizationsHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with precisionA proactive team player who takes ownership of execution and resultsWhy Join UsOwn email performance for a brand with real scale and visibilityWork closely with a strong lifecycle leadership team and cross-functional partnersGrow within a clearly defined lifecycle organization with opportunity for advancementPlay a meaningful role in how lifecycle marketing drives engagement, conversion, and retentionBenefitsWe believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees for a job well done.
