Our Operations Leaders work alongside their crews every day while developing people, ensuring exceptional service, and helping build winning teams.\r\nIf you're a hands-on leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, solving problems, and creating a culture of accountability, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nPerform commercial fleet washing alongside your crew (this is an \"on-the-truck\" position)\r\nLead truck wash crews in the field each day\r\nRecruit, interview, hire, and train new team members\r\nBuild a positive, high-performing team culture\r\nEnsure every scheduled job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Superior Wash Southeast standards\r\nCoach employees on safety, productivity, quality, and workmanship\r\nConduct quality inspections\r\nHelp maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicles\r\nCommunicate professionally with customers on-site\r\nHelp resolve operational issues and keep crews moving\r\nWork under the Regional Manager to grow and expand the Birmingham operation\r\nWho We're Looking For\r\nLeads by example—not from behind a desk\r\nHolds a valid driver's license with a good driving record\r\nHolds people accountable while earning their respect\r\nTakes pride in developing others into future leaders\r\nHas excellent communication and organizational skills\r\nIs dependable, trustworthy, and driven to succeed\r\nThrives in a fast-paced, physically active work environment\r\nWants to build a long-term career, not just find another job\r\nIs willing to work every Saturday and Sunday (mandatory) and the hours necessary to support the operation\r\nCan lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions\r\nPlus: Has experience leading crews in landscaping, construction, pressure washing, utilities, or similar field services.
