This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with a solid background in IT training, instructional design, and end-user enablement, and is ideal for candidates seeking a hybrid work arrangement based in Washington, D.C..\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for various workplace IT applications used throughout the organization. Working closely with IT and cross-functional teams, you'll help elevate productivity and improve technical proficiency across staff by creating engaging, customized learning experiences.
