{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"e2143a95ca59cdebcc654e54","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e2143a95ca59cdebcc654e54","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e2143a95ca59cdebcc654e54","title":"Welder - MIG","description":"*Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is immediately hiring for an MIG Welder position in the north Waco, TX area ! *\n\n*Location:* Waco, TX 76705 (North Waco area)\n\n*Job Type: * Full-time\n\n*Pay/Salary: * $20.00-$22.00/hr\n\n*Hours of Work: * Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n*Welding:*\n\n* Perform welding tasks primarily using MIG techniques to assemble or repair metal structures and equipment.\n* Experience with MIG welding is required.\n* Experience with other welding techniques (TIG, ARC) is preferred.\n* Interpret and follow blueprints, specifications, and schematics to ensure accurate welds.\n\n*Quality Control:*\n\n* Inspect welded surfaces, structures, and components to ensure they meet company and industry standards.\n* Address and rectify any defects or issues in the welding process.\n* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.\n* Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times.\n* *Equipment Maintenance:*\n* Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.\n* Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.\n* *Collaboration:*\n* Coordinate with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently.\n* Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.\n\n*Qualifications:*\n\n* Proven experience as a Welder in a similar work environment.\n* Significant experience with MIG welding is required.\n* Experience with other welding techniques (TIG, ARC) is preferred.\n* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.\n* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\n* Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them rigorously.\n* Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks and handle materials.\n* Certification in welding is a plus.\n\n*Education:*High school diploma or equivalent.
