ability to conduct announced andunannounced spot checks at training sites to ensure compliance with instructionssuch as NAVOSH, OPNAVINST 5100.23 Manual and overall safety compliance.\nAbility to conduct Range Assessments as the lead assessor for non-DODtraining areas to ensure safety compliance and conduct risk assessment for authorization to train and range recommendations to NSWG-1 Commodore for NSW use.\nKnowledge of NSW training techniques and operating mediums;
