Find your future with us.\r\nBoeing Classified Cybersecurity is currently seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity – Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to join the F-15 Training Systems team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.\r\nThe selected candidate will rely on cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) background to be a technical leader and support Enterprise activities and Boeing customers throughout multiple classified computing domains. The ISSM is responsible for ensuring all Information System Security policies, standards, and directives are enforced to support assessment, authorization and continued operation of information systems processing classified information.\r\nPosition Responsibilities\r\nPerform security analysis of operational and development environments, threats, vulnerabilities and internal interfaces to define and assess compliance with accepted industry and government standards\r\nLead and implement the Assessment and Authorization (A & A) processes under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for new and existing information systems\r\nFacilitate development of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA), Risk Acknowledgement Letters (RAL) and support Continuous Monitoring (CONMON)\r\nSupervise configuration management of assigned systems; auditing systems to ensure security posture integrity\r\nLead staff with assessments and test/analysis data to document state of compliance with security requirements\r\nConduct risk assessments and investigations, implement appropriate risk mitigations, and coordinate incident response activities\r\nConduct periodic hardware/software inventory assessments\r\nServe as organization spokesperson on sophisticated projects and programs\r\nAct as advisor to management and customers on sophisticated technical research studies\r\nCollaborate with the appropriate government customers, suppliers, and company personnel to implement protective mechanisms and to ensure understanding of and compliance with cybersecurity requirements\r\nAdditional Responsibilities\r\nSupervise the development and deployment of program information security for all program systems to meet the program and enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures\r\nHandle assigned team to facilitate effective execution of Risk Management Framework (RMF)\r\nProvide guidance and mentor to support team within Information Security\r\nLead and perform security compliance continuous monitoring\r\nCoordinate and participate in security assessments and audits\r\nPrepare, review, and present technical reports and briefings\r\nIdentify root causes, prioritize threats and recommend and/or implement corrective action\r\nExplore the enterprise and industry for evolving state of industry knowledge and methods regarding information security best practices\r\nLead development of enterprise-wide information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures that may reach across multiple partner organizations\r\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)\r\nCurrently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)\r\n5+ years of combined experience and/or education in cybersecurity, IT, or a related field\r\n5+ years of experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), cybersecurity policies, and RMF implementation (e.g., DAAG, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series)\r\n5+ years of experience utilizing security relevant tools, systems, and applications in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS\r\n3+ years of experience with cybersecurity leadership overseeing programs and teams, authorizing risk decisions, coordinating stakeholders, and improving security and compliance\r\n3+ years of experience communicating complex technical risks, translating impact, and advising senior leaders\r\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)\r\nActive Top Secret security clearance\r\n5+ years of experience as an information system security officer (ISSO) or information system security manager (ISSM) supporting classified programs\r\n5+ years of experience assessing and documenting test or analysis data to show cyber security compliance\r\nConflict of Interest\r\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\r\nDrug Free Workplace\r\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.\r\nPay & Benefits\r\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
