This position is responsible for overall contract management, operational oversight, staffing stability, deliverable quality, risk management, and compliance with service-level requirements across NNSA HRSS functional areas.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage day-to-day execution of the NNSA HRSS contract and contractor operations.\nServe as the primary point of contact for NNSA contract leadership.\nOversee staffing, workforce stability, deliverables, performance, and service-level requirements.\nLead cross-functional teams supporting staffing, benefits, employee relations, analytics, and communications.\nMonitor contract performance, quality control, risks, and corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with FAR, DEAR, federal timekeeping requirements, and applicable contract requirements.\nPrepare and oversee timely, accurate contract deliverables and reporting.\nCoordinate issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n10 years of progressive professional experience in program management, federal human capital consulting, or operational management.\nAt least 6 years managing federal HR or professional support services contracts with $3M+ cumulative value.\nDemonstrated federal HR service delivery, quality control, risk mitigation, and performance-monitoring experience.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.\n\nPreferred\n\nIPMA-SCP or SHRM-SCP certification.\nMaster’s degree in a related discipline.\nPMP certification\n\nRiVidium Inc is seeking a “Program Manager / Contract Manager” to support a federal client.
