Peach Cobbler Factory Crew Member (PAY + TIPS)

Meet and greet customers with a smile and positive attitude. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) accurately. Quickly and accurately take customer orders and payments through the POS system. Prep and bake an assortment of items for the day. Take catering orders to assist our customers plan their special event. Prepare online orders, to-go orders, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently. Present completed orders to guests with enthusiasm and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management. Follow provided recipes and uphold The Peach Cobbler Factory's high standards to create eye-catching and delicious desserts. Additional work activities outside of the store. (catering events, food booths, and other events that will be staffed) Cross-train to perform all store duties as assigned by management. Move and stock merchandise, including boxes, food, dishes, and linens. Adhere to all food safety protocols. Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to support the success of our team. Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace to include removing trash, dishwashing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning kitchen, dining, and restroom areas. Be willing to work any position as needed. Maintain a neat appearance. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for ALL positions: Individuals with a passion for customer service. Prior baking or kitchen experience. Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic. Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality dessert products, store safety, and security. Mechanical knowledge for operating baking and cooking equipment. You must be able to stand and be away from your phone for extended periods of time. Ability to learn quickly. Effective oral communication skills. Knowledge of the restaurant environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to build relationships. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Ability to multi-task, handle a high-volume workload, and great time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and guidelines. Basic math skills.
