Merchandising Administrative Associate

Merchandising Administrative Associate📍 Clearwater, FLJob Purpose:We’re looking for a detail-oriented and merchandising-savvy Merchandising Administrative Associate (MAA) to support our Account Executive team in executing product development, sales presentations, and retail operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background or interest in retail merchandising, product development, or sales operations who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Order & Project Tracking: Monitor purchase orders, packaging approvals, sample status, and shipment timelines using spreadsheets and internal systems.Presentation & Reporting Support: Assist in preparing customer presentations, compiling sell-through data, inventory reports, and post-sales recaps.Sample Management: Photograph, organize, pack/unpack product samples for meetings and presentations.Data Entry & Communication: Maintain accurate records and follow up on communications with internal teams, Asia offices, and retail partners.Cross-Functional Coordination: Support travel planning, meeting scheduling, and calendar management for the account team. Assist with expense reports and proofing communications.Qualifications & Skills:Interest or experience in retail merchandising, product development, or sales operationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint, and data analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable lifting 25–35 lbs.
