Are you ready to join the Lineage family?\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Systems Integration Developer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our mail production workflow automation. This role involves maintaining and developing code to support data processing, USPS postal preparation, and post-processing integrations across multiple applications.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n· Write code that supports production and operations objectives and provides optimal functionality\n· Assist with maintenance of existing Access and SQL databases and reports\n· Prepare mailing files through USPS-certified applications\n· Automate and execute job workflows using advanced design tools\n· Integrate multiple software products\n· Edit and improve upon code in existing software programs and applications\n· Design new programs and applications that will enhance our business\n· Collaborate with Customer Service to bring new lines of service onboard\n· Ensure code is error-free, readable, efficient, and logically organized for ease of access\n· Develop set systems and tasks for efficient coding processes\n· Run extensive tests and trial runs to confirm proper functionality and desired results\n· Perform detailed, manual checks of code\n· Troubleshoot errors effectively and efficiently\n· Create, manage, and maintain coding databases\n· Collaborate in cross-functional projects\n· Stay abreast of industry breakthroughs and any new relevant programming technology\n· Live out Lineage core values of Integrity, Growth, Family Culture, Pursuit of Excellence, and Compassion is all aspects of the job.\n· And other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nStrong programming experience in one or more of the following:\nC#, VB.NET, or VB6\nExperience with Microsoft Access and SQL Server\nIntegration of web APIs into code\nAbility to learn and work within existing codebases\nStrong logical and analytical thinking skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work under time-sensitive deadlines\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\n· Strong independent work ethic\nPREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS:\nFamiliarity with USPS mail processing standards and workflows including PostalOne\nExperience with merge-design and production composition tools such as:\nQuadient Inspire, Exstream Dialogue or other production document setup platforms\nExperience with AccuZIP, BCC or other CASS/NCOA/presort tools\n· Understanding of transactional mail environments and data-driven print workflows\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:\n· This position is in an office/warehouse environment\n· Standard & specialized office equipment is used (such as computers, phones, copier, mail machine, folder inserter, printers, sorters, etc.) as well as tool use (screw driver, clamps, drills, pliers, wrenches, etc.)\n· Mix of physical and sedentary position\n· This position would require some lifting/carrying (up to 25lbs)\n· Filing, bending, standing, reaching with hands/arms, using tools, etc. as necessary\n· While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to speak and hear\nTRAVEL:\nThis position requires little to no travel.\nBENEFITS:\nLineage Offers full time employees with the following benefit options:\n· Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance\n· Company paid Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance\n· Voluntary Additional Life Insurance/AD&D, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Hospital Insurance\n· $1000 Health Payment Account\n· 401k and Roth 401k with discretionary employer contributions\n· Paid Time Off starting at 12 days, and accruals start upon hire\n· Paid Holidays\n· Parental Leave\n· Annual Company Bonus Programs\n· First Time Homebuyers Program gifting $10k towards the purchase of your first home\n· Area Caring Teams designed to meet the needs of our employees, whether it be emotionally, financially, or spiritually\nLineage is an equal opportunity employer.
