Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily stocking of fridges, drawers, snack bins, coffee machines
Merchandising all products to ensure each display looks perfect (e.g., each label facing forward, each row of cans is inline)
Rinsing and cleaning cycles on all machines
Wiping down machines to remove dirt or clean spills
Daily and weekly inventory of products in storage
Identifying slow and fast-moving products and making recommendations based on observations
Predicting and planning for inventory issues (e.g., we are going to run out of napkins after tomorrow's lunch)
Ordering products for a client site
Client Communication and liaison to Agora Refreshments Team
Daily check-ins with the client to review inventory reports (e.g., product ABC is moving very slow) and upcoming deliveries
Building a relationship with each client
Gathering feedback from the client on ways we can improve
Communicate any issues or needs to the Agora team (e.g., coffee machine broken, kegerator pouring foamy beer, refrigerator not cold)
Communicating upcoming special events to the Agora team (e.g., the client is having a holiday party next week)
Meeting our drivers upon delivery to each office
Skills and Requirements
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Clean driving record
Contribute to team atmosphere
Positive attitude
Reliable transportation
No visible piercings or tattoos
Ability to lift 100 lbs
Excellent people skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to move quickly with little supervision

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 25 USD per hour(Seattle)
