Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition phases. Create, design, and manage program deliverables and solutions on schedule and within scope and budget.\n\nResponsibilities\nConsult with leadership and business partners to translate strategic priorities into clear program goals, draft and align OKRs, define KPIs, and establish short- and long-term objectives, initiatives, and action plans.\nApply strategic thinking to assess program opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, connect work to business outcomes, and recommend approaches that support department and enterprise priorities.\nStay current on emerging technology trends, including AI and automation, and identify practical opportunities to improve program delivery, operational effectiveness, member/team experiences, and decision-making.\nReview program-related data using performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement and potential risk; develop action plans for each indicator or area identified and lead change management.\nAnalyze overall program effectiveness; identify and address areas of opportunity and make recommendations.\nInnovatively identify and collaborate with management regarding the current and future needs and trends for programs and channels based on feedback.\nIdentify, scope, document, coordinate, and implement business solution requirements in accordance with program/channel and project goals\nPerform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, simulation, etc.\nDirect and lead work by developing and coordinating work plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and training.\nManage program budgets including risk and impact of changes to program plans.\nIdentify and minimize risks or constraints that would impact program deliverables.\nIdentify, communicate, and resolve branch/division/department or cross-organizational areas of concern that may impede or impact other programs/projects/initiatives.\nMaintain/archive program documentation.\nEnsure program deliverables are met in accordance with expectations.\nPrioritize and delegate assignments, including project analysis, requirements definition, and implementation of program modifications and enhancements.\nDevelop action plans for conducting internal analyses and collaborate with business partners to identify root causes for employee development gaps and establish solutions.\nManage multiple, large, and highly complex programs.\nServe on teams and task groups for programs or initiatives of significant impact within the business unit and/or across the organization.\nEnsure effective initiative management of programs from inception through implementation.\nMentor members of the team within the branch to ensure cooperation and consistent application of policies and procedures.\nParticipate in developing, modifying, and executing department policies, standards, and processes.\nProvide guidance on issues having department and/or organization-wide impact.\nWork on complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and competing priorities.\nSolve highly technical and complex problems.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nWorking knowledge of strategy execution frameworks (OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, Hoshin Planning, or similar methodologies)\nWorking knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, automation technologies, and emerging technology trends\nExperience translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, programs, and measurable business outcomes.\nSignificant experience in workflow and program development including development of requirements documents, procedures, and implementation plans.\nExtensive experience in managing multiple initiatives, and meet changing requirements and priorities to accomplish objectives and goals, independently or in a team environment.\nExtensive experience in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships across various functions.\nSignificant experience in leading, training, guiding, and mentoring others.\nExtensive experience in working with leadership and management in diverse and complex operational environments.\nExpert project management skills to include establishing and leading project teams; managing timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation.\nExpert planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExpert skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions.\nExpert innovative thinking skills to solve problems and facilitate the decision-making process.\nExpert verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex terms to all levels of audiences.\nExpert analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results, or relationships.\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nBanking/Financial Institution experience highly preferred\nLean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification or experience applying portfolio prioritization and strategic planning practices\nProject Management Professional (PMP), or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.\nWorking knowledge of state and Federal laws;
