The articulated product portfolio developed to match these ambitions needs to be timely implemented in our plants, securing proper quality level for our production.\r\nMission ofR&D System Engineering Consumer Process Developmentteam is to: secure quality at production start, develop BCMA methods and tools to enable a standardized, defect-free green tire and TAM process design and to contribute effectively to System Engineering Zero-Trial strategy by actionable steps that define the portfolio of models, methods and standards for Tire Green process design.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nGreen process design for the assigned REP lines, leveraging on BCMA standards and tools\r\nSolution of quality issues through PDCA analysis and countermeasures before release assigned products in production, leveraging on well-born tires approach\r\nREP operations, plant support and business trip: scale-up operations execution to grant new products release as per NPI workflow, including the attendance of on-site visit for plant trials (pre-industrialization activities, critical cases follow-up, widespread issue experiments)\r\nTracing of differences between Green Tire master model and specific instances of the assigned plants\r\nAnalysis of industrialization outcome to confirm gaps and enhancement areas of the adopted models and tools\r\nContribute to the development and updating of new models and methods, leveraging on the data generated during industrialization in assigned plants\r\nQualifications & Experience Required\r\nEducation, Master, other certification:\r\nMaster's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)\r\nExperience (years):\r\nExperience in tire manufacturing (or automotive) is a plus\r\nTechnical Skills\r\nProblem solving attitude and PDCA mindset\r\nBasics of material characterization, former know-how of tire manufacturing process and tools is a plus\r\nIT applications and programming: very good proficiency on MS Excel, knowledge of relational databases, Power BI and Python are a plus.\r\nDigital mindset: ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools to support decisions is a plus\r\nLanguages Skills\r\nSoft/Behavioral Skills:\r\nResults oriented, self-motivated, creative and collaborative\r\nAgility in learning, in adapting to change and in translating strategies into actionable plans\r\nAbility to work within multicultural environment\r\nWHAT WE OFFER\r\nAt Bridgestone, what really matter is to foster co-creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
