This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently completed a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and is eager to begin their career working with modern software and hardware technologies. You'll support internal teams and customers while developing your technical skills through real-world projects.\r\nThis role is based at our Woburn, MA site, working full-time on a hybrid schedule.\r\nWhat will I be Delivering?\r\nIn this role, you'll contribute to:\r\nSupporting our marketing and sales teams with technical information and simple demonstrations.\r\nAssisting with setting up and validating third-party software or middleware products.\r\nHelping customers by answering technical questions and acting as a point of contact for software-related support.\r\nYou won't be expected to know everything on day one—there's plenty of support and development built in.\r\nWhat do I need to bring with me?\r\nYou don't need years of experience —we're looking for potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll bring:\r\nA basic understanding of software used in embedded systems or a strong interest in learning it.\r\nSome experience (projects, coursework, internships) developing small software applications or demos.\r\nThe ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.\r\nAn interest in supporting customers or working with cross-functional teams.\r\nA willingness to explore and evaluate new technologies.\r\nTechnical skills and Qualifications\r\nYou don't need to be an expert, but familiarity or foundational experience with some of the following would be beneficial:\r\nProgramming in C or C++, especially in embedded contexts.\r\nBasic understanding of Linux or real-time operating systems.\r\nExposure to x86 architecture or general hardware concepts.\r\nAwareness of networking fundamentals.\r\nInterest in middleware technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenVino, CUDA, OpenDDS).
