We believe in teamwork, positivity, and supporting one another so that no professional ever feels alone.Responsibilities* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)* Complete assessments and treatment plans* Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians* Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions* Collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and school staff* Review and approve treatment documentation* Monitor student progress and make data-based treatment decisions* Ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements* Participate in team meetings and professional developmentQualifications* Current BCBA certification* Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field* Florida Medicaid provider number preferred (or willingness to obtain)* Experience working with children and adolescents with autism preferred* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills* Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and their familiesBenefits* Competitive salary and flexible scheduling* Supportive and collaborative work environment* Positive company culture focused on teamwork* Opportunities for professional growth* Beautiful school setting with community outings and enrichment activities* Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities* The chance to truly make an impact in the lives of students and families
