Ensure all associates follow C2C training guidelines.\n\nEvaluates employee performance, prepares performance appraisals, prepares and maintains specified work records and reports.\n\nPlans work schedules and assigns duties to maintain adequate staffing levels; ensures activities are performed effectively and is able to manage fluctuating workloads.\n\nRecommends or initiates personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures; resolves personnel problems and complaints or refers them to higher-level management for resolution.\n\nEnsures fire protection equipment and facility programs and planning for fire and safety are maintained.\n\nManages relationships with network facility vendors, and strategically sources for future vendors.\n\nNeeds to be capable of working a flexible shift and weekends as business requirements demand.\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nBachelor’s Degree, preferred; or\n\nAssociates Degree or technical school certificate, and 4+ years related experience; or\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED, and 6+ years related experience, required.\n\n4+ years supervisory experience, required.\n\nHands on trade experience, welding, PLC, electrical wiring and demonstrated machine shop proficiency, required.\n\nSome P/L experience, required.\n\nKnowledge and Skills\n\nStrong expertise in electrical controls and operation of electrical measuring devices.\n\nProven understanding of current trade related regulations and practices.\n\nStrong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and controls, conveyors, and material handling equipment.\n\nProficient in operating and working on all MHE equipment.\n\nAbility to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop coordinated, creative solutions.\n\nStrong social skills and the ability to effectively connect with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a multifaceted community.\n\nSophisticated analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.\n\nAbility to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.\n\nRequired to understand mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.\n\nMust be able to recommend appropriate repair strategy.\n\nPhysical Demands (if applicable)\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
