Senior Technical Sales Engineer BioLogic is looking for a senior technical sales engineer, specialized in electrochemistry and battery tests, based near the Paris region, to develop our activity in the north of France.Attached to the Sales Manager, you are responsible for the commercial development of the northern France territory, in close liaison with the teams at the headquarters in Grenoble. The position combines a high level of commercial autonomy, a consultative sales approach, a structured management of strategic accounts, and technical credibility with demanding scientific and industrial counterparts.It is above all a field commercial development position, with approximately 60% of travel in your area (with, occasionally, visits to the Grenoble site).We are therefore looking for someone based in the north of France, ideally in the Paris region, who will work from home when not in client territory or visiting the headquarters.Main Missions:Develop your territory actively in a logic of prospecting, conquest, and retentionIdentify, qualify, and advance commercial opportunities in your sectorStructure, pilot, and document a robust pipeline in SalesforceBuild a strategy of accounts on key academic and industrial clientsConduct consultative sales throughout the cycle, up to negotiation and closingPromote the BioLogic offer with a high level of technical credibilityDetailed Missions:Commercial Development & Territory Management:Define and execute the commercial strategy in your sectorEnsure the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closingDevelop and retain an existing client portfolio through regular follow-up and strong field presenceIdentify new opportunities in academic research, industrial R&D centers, and emerging markets such as batteries, hydrogen, materials, corrosion, or sensorsMaintain a structured, prioritized, and documented pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce)Strategic account managementDevelop lasting relationships with key academic and industrial accountsBuild action plans adapted to the challenges and potential of each accountPrioritize opportunities and coordinate internal resources based on the strategic value of the filesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to long-term retentionTechnical Expertise & Commercial Support:Understand the technical and scientific needs of clients to recommend the most suitable solutionsConduct technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to support the commercial approachProvide the necessary technical credibility in exchanges with users, researchers, engineers, and decision-makersContribute, when necessary, to key technical phases in conjunction with application teams and supportTransverse collaboration: work in coordination with application engineers, technical support, procurement, production, and marketingCollect and share market, competitive, and client information useful to business developmentParticipate in conferences, trade shows, and scientific eventsContribute to marketing actions and product launches in your areaBackground:Minimum of a Bac+5 degree, type engineer, Master's, or doctorate, in electrochemistry, chemistry, physics, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in technical sales, scientific instrumentation, or application engineering with strong commercial exposureFluent French and English - C1 level desired (90% of our clients are Anglophone)Driving license B requiredLocation: in the north of France, ideally in the Paris regionHigh mobility, with up to 60% travelAlso:Demonstrated experience in developing a territory and managing a complete sales cycleAbility to work autonomously over a large geographical areaVery good understanding of electrochemistry, batteries, materials, or analytical instrumentationExperience appreciated with potentiostats, galvanostats, battery cyclers, or EIS systemsGood knowledge of academic or industrial R&D environmentsComfort with CRM tools and MS OfficeQualities expected:Strong technical sensitivity associated with a structured commercial approachAbility to develop new accounts while managing strategic accountsOrganization, rigor, and sense of prioritiesAnalytical mind, autonomy, proactivity, and reliabilityTaste for the field and ability to evolve in a demanding environmentInformation on the position and what we offer:CDI -
