$40/hr12 Month ContractIn office 40% Hybrid (4 days on every other week with 6 days WFH)Ideal Candidate:Compliance backgrounds have worked, paralegals, and someone who understands financial services regulationsSeeking someone willing to have the conversations, and open to discussions and not afraid to provide feedback--Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3 + years of professional experience with consumer and business-to-business advertising controls, regulatory compliance, risk or audit experienceBachelor’s degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferredExtensive regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channelsIn-depth banking experience including strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channelsExperience in drafting Procedures and training documents a plusPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsCommunicate effectively across multiple levels of the business (verbal and written)Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organizationUse sound judgement for risk-based decision making to mitigate/manage riskProven history of successful organization and time management skills, effectively prioritizing work & organizing materials to meet deadlinesBe results-oriented with a strong attention to detailKey ResponsibilitiesMarketing Creative Review:Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.Meeting Participation and Documentation:Attend weekly credit card product meetings to capture detailed notes, focusing on product-specific nuances, regulatory considerations, and emerging issues.Knowledge Base Development:Organize and synthesize meeting notes and regulatory nuances to contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of a product-specific knowledge base.
