Responsible for organizational integration technologies & platforms, interface configuration in a multi-system integration environment with packaged application customization, & custom integration development, with integration programming, analysis, coding, design, development, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, application programming & solution analysis, support, maintenance & troubleshooting.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's Degree\n5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree\nDemonstrated experience in multiple software products, languages and databases, experience with applications such as Sun Products (E-gate, ICAN, JCAPS), Cloverleaf, Quovodax, Neon, etc.\nMust be able to work under pressure, following a plan and balancing competing requests by priority\nStrong problem solving skills\nStrong customer service and team focus is required.\nSignificant experience in integration technologies and platforms, interface configuration in a multi system, integration environment with packaged application customization, and custom integration development, with integration programming, analysis, coding, design, development, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, application programming and solution analysis, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Documented experience in HL7 and other IEE/integration standards.\nDemonstrated leadership skills and team focus\nStrong critical thinking and analytical skills.\nProficient skills in using Microsoft Office applications required.\nAdvanced verbal and written communication skills\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nMaster's Degree\nIntegration experience with previous integrated Healthcare Information systems with emphasis on Clinical and Financial, EMR applications/systems (Epic, Meditech, Cerner, etc.)\nSignificant experience in applicable and various development technologies and platforms, and diverse experience level in data communication technologies in a multi system-environment.\nKnowledge of process/workflow engineering.\nOne or more certifications in applicable Epic module.\n\nThe expected hiring range for this position is $50.43 to $69.35\nRady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
