As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity, troubleshoot complex issues, and support innovative solutions that drive our business forward.\nDuties\nDesign, deploy, and manage enterprise-wide network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), data centers, and cloud-based environments such as AWS and VMware.\nConfigure and support network hardware such as Cisco routers, switches, ASA firewalls, Meraki devices, Juniper equipment, and other networking appliances to ensure optimal performance.\nImplement and maintain network security protocols including Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine), PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), firewalls, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and encryption standards to safeguard organizational data.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to network equipment, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), load balancing, high availability configurations, and system outages.\nMonitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Splunk, and SolarWinds to proactively identify vulnerabilities or bottlenecks; perform vulnerability assessments regularly.\nSupport system administration tasks across operating systems including Windows, Linux (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu), UNIX/BSD variants; automate processes using scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell.\nCollaborate on system design projects involving virtualization platforms such as vSphere or Citrix; contribute to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes for network solutions.\nConduct network installation projects and provide ongoing support for remote access software, telecommunication systems including VoIP solutions, SFTP/FTP services, and cloud security measures.\nRequirements\nProven experience in computer networking with a strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture and routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.\nHands-on expertise with Cisco ISE for network access control; familiarity with Cisco ASA firewalls and Meraki cloud-managed devices is highly desirable.\nSolid knowledge of IPsec VPN configuration, VPN management practices, encryption standards, and authentication mechanisms such as SSO (Single Sign-On) and LDAP integration.\nExperience supporting data center environments with SAN storage solutions; knowledge of VMware vSphere or similar virtualization platforms is preferred.\nProficiency in troubleshooting network hardware issues; familiarity with openSUSE Linux distributions or BSD systems is a plus.\nStrong scripting skills in Python or Shell Scripting for automation; experience with Ansible or PowerShell is advantageous.\nUnderstanding of cloud security principles within AWS or Azure environments; ability to implement high availability architectures using MPLS or MPLS-based networks.\nExcellent communication skills coupled with an ability to work within an Agile development framework; familiarity with ITIL practices for service management is beneficial.\nJoin us in shaping the future of our network infrastructure!
