Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.\n\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nFamiliarity with React-style component patterns or comparable front-end frameworks.\nExperience with ontology modeling and object-driven application logic.\nExperience with Python for backend automation or processing.\nKnowledge of enterprise data systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, Costpoint, REST APIs)\nExperience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Palantir AIP, Snowflake Cortex, or similar.\nExperience designing workflow automations and operational tools within Foundry.\nExperience leading application development teams within Palantir Foundry.\nExperience with enterprise application architecture and ontology-driven solution design.\nExperience implementing Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent development initiatives and cross-functional delivery teams.\nExperience supporting enterprise digital transformation, data modernization, or analytics platform implementations.\n\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $127,500-$236,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $110,500-$205,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
