Join our team.\nAbout the Role\nThe On-Call Digital Technician is an exciting opportunity to be a full time Digital Technician overseeing the workflow of photography assets for various projects in a high-volume photo studio.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollect, edit, name, and process all on-set imagery.\nCollaborate with the photography team to ensure color accuracy and image consistency.\nOversee and understand the technical and automated processes/workflows.\nPerform on-set quality assurance, including color management.\nCapture and edit video assets on set.\nAssist the photographer with equipment setup and breakdown as needed.\nSupport both production and marketing teams during figure shoots.\nCommunicate effectively with Production, Creative, and Account Management teams.\nSet up capture stations and monitors daily, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.\nAssist with technical troubleshooting on set.\nWho You Are\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume photo studio environment.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as an on-set Digital Technician.\nExpertise in Capture One software.\nExperience with Adobe Premiere.\nPhase One Certification is a plus.\nTechnical expertise in Macintosh hardware and software.\nKnowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Filemaker, and Canon Camera Systems.\nExceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.\nTechnical problem-solving skills\nBenefits at Gap Inc.\nMerchandise discount for our brands: 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta, and 30% off at Outlet for all employees.\nOne of the most competitive Paid Time Off plans in the industry.*\nEmployees can take up to five “on the clock” hours each month to volunteer at a charity of their choice.*\nExtensive 401(k) plan with company matching for contributions up to four percent of an employee’s base pay.*\nEmployee stock purchase plan.*\nMedical, dental, vision and life insurance.*\nSee more of the benefits we offer.\nFor eligible employees\nGap Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
