Senior Oracle EPM Financial Systems AnalystAbout the OpportunityCCL Global has engaged with a leading energy company seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial planning, consolidation, close, reporting, and reconciliation processes.This position serves as a critical bridge between Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology, ensuring Oracle EPM solutions effectively support financial operations and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate combines a strong accounting or finance foundation with hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud expertise.This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide financial processes, drive system enhancements, and support strategic initiatives within a highly collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Administer, support, and enhance Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting.Partner with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.Support financial close, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes.Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, metadata structures, hierarchies, and data integrations.Build and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and executive reporting packages utilizing Smart View and Oracle reporting tools.Troubleshoot functional and technical system issues while ensuring data integrity and reliability.Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing cycles, and deployment activities.Assist with application configuration, security administration, and governance activities.Develop functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user support resources.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support ongoing system performance and enhancements.Participate in implementation projects, upgrades, and strategic finance transformation initiatives.Support SOX compliance and internal controls within financial systems environments.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.5+ years of experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Financial Systems, or EPM environments.Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.Experience supporting financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts.Experience developing and maintaining:FCCSEPBCSARCSNarrative ReportingSmart ViewExperience with business rules, calculations, metadata management, and financial data integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.(Preferred)Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.CPA, CMA, MBA, or related advanced degree.Experience with:EDMREST APIsEPM AutomatePipelinesFinancial Systems implementationsSOX-controlled environmentsEnergy, manufacturing, or large corporate enterprise experience.Ideal BackgroundsWe are particularly interested in professionals currently working in roles such as:Senior Oracle EPM AnalystOracle EPM AdministratorFinancial Systems AnalystSenior Financial Systems AnalystEPM ConsultantHyperion AdministratorHyperion Financial Systems AnalystFCCS AdministratorEnterprise Performance Management AnalystFP&A Systems AnalystCorporate Financial Systems AnalystKeywordsOracle EPM • FCCS • EPBCS • ARCS • Narrative Reporting • Hyperion • Financial Systems • Consolidations • Financial Close • Smart View • Oracle Cloud • Planning & Forecasting • Financial Reporting • EPM Administrator • Finance Transformation • Metadata • Business Rules • EPM Automate
