This role is based out of our Anderson office and plays a key part in ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and project readiness on high voltage utility construction projects.\r\nExperience in utility construction, especially with PG&E standards, processes, or documentation, is a significant plus.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvide administrative and project support to Superintendents, General Foremen, and Project Managers.\r\nAudit, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and utility requirements.\r\nScan, compile, upload, and electronically store project documents; maintain organized onsite and digital filing systems.\r\nSupport daily construction operations including crew schedules, subcontractor coordination, and documentation submittals.\r\nAssist with tracking project progress through daily data entry and status reporting.\r\nPerform additional duties as assigned by Project Management, Field Leadership, and Engineering teams.\r\nDevelop a strong understanding of project workflows and field operations with opportunities for growth within the organization.\r\nRequirements\r\nMinimum 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or document control experience; QA/QC or document audit experience strongly preferred.\r\nExperience in the utility construction sector or familiarity with PG&E documentation standards is a major plus.\r\nExperience with traffic control scheduling and permitting is beneficial.\r\nProficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF editing/scanning tools such as Adobe Acrobat.\r\nExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\r\nDependable, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.\r\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams.\r\nValid Driver's License.\r\nPositive, team oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed.\r\nSuccessful candidate will have relevant experience, and will be an organized, motivated, self-starter.\r\nCompetitive salary and excellent benefits package including employer paid medical, dental, vision, 401(k), personal time off and holiday pay.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer\r\nWilson Construction Co. is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.\r\nDrug Policy\r\nSmoke & drug free environment.
