This role oversees the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end close, and preparation of financial statements. The Controller monitors cash flow, budgets, and forecasts, ensures accurate cost accounting for manufacturing activities, and maintains internal controls to safeguard company assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating payroll and tax filings, and partnering with leadership on financial analysis and performance reporting.
