Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

Seeking a clinically sound, service-minded NP or PA with a minimum 2 years' experience in Family Medicine or closely related field. In lieu of experience, will consider new graduates with history of clinical and professional excellence in past employment and/or clinical rotations. Must be licensed or license eligible in the State of GA. Scope of Practice includes: Office based practice to include physical exams, chronic disease management, Medicare wellness exams, women's health, follow-up exams, and sports physicals. Schedule will include 4/10 hour shifts starting at 7:15 am. Participates in a rotation of extended hours to include Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings covering until 7:00 pm (rotated among all providers) "Call week" taking "after hours" phone calls beginning Monday at 7 am and ending the following Monday at 7 am. Call weekends and holiday coverage (as the calendar falls). Schedule rotated equally among all providers.
