Job Title: MEP Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Center Construction Location: Chicago, Illinois Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role:We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on large-scale hyperscale data center projects in the Chicago area. This role is critical to ensuring the successful coordination, installation, and commissioning of mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-performance environment! Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end MEP project delivery for hyperscale data center builds, from pre-construction through commissioning and handoverManage and coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goalsMonitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, driving performance against key milestonesCollaborate closely with general contractors, client representatives, and internal stakeholdersEnsure all MEP systems meet quality standards, safety regulations, and commissioning requirementsIdentify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical and logistical challenges proactivelyLead regular progress meetings and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership and clients RequirementsProven experience managing MEP and HVAC systems on large-scale construction projectsProven experience in hyperscale data center or mission-critical environmentsStrong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems in high-density facilitiesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills What They OfferA salary ranging between $130k - 160kComprehensive benefits package (health and dental plans) and Generous PTOTravel or re-location packages401K Retirement PlanOpportunity to work on cutting-edge hyperscale data center projectCollaborative, supportive and high-performing team environment How to ApplyPlease submit your resume to Sebastian.Herinckx@Daksta.com and we will schedule an introductory call!
