Executive Chef
We're looking for an individual who is creative, experienced and looking to join a family run Italian restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to maintain consistency with our current menu/dishes
- Oversee kitchen operations during service
- Collaborate with ownership/management on specials and kitchen strategy
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
- Ensure prep work is complete before dinner service begins
Qualifications
- Experience in food safety, sanitation & health department regulations
- Experience as an Executive Chef or minimum experience of a Sous Chef
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
Must be available on weekends. Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: $62,727.00 - $75,542.19 per year
