They work closely with the leadership team on problem resolution and to ensure inventory accuracy. The coordinator position requires an elevated skill set and does not have direct reports.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nPerform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution\n\nProblem solving receipt issues to outside business partners.\n\nPrioritize freight to achieve daily goals\n\nVerify merchandise is received correctly\n\nMaintain safety and housekeeping standards\n\nWhat You Will Bring:\n\nDemonstrate attention to detail\n\nPossess the ability to work independently\n\nCan communicate effectively with leadership, business partners, and customers\n\nGenerate a variety of approaches to problem solving\n\nOpen to learning and developing new skills and processes\n\nAbility to use and/or learn a RF Scanner\n\nAbility to work a pre-set schedule\n\nGood computer skills with an ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems.\n\nAbility to operate manual pallet jack\n\nAbility to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively\n\nMust have understanding of English language both written and verbal.
